Three simple steps
STEP 01
Receive Your Invitation
Ask our office to send an email invitation to the address on file for your Tebra Patient Portal account.
STEP 02
Create Your Account
Open the invitation, choose “Get Started,” then create your password and verify the requested information.
STEP 03
Sign In Securely
After activation, access the portal from your computer or mobile browser using your email address and password.

Review practice and account information
Do not use the portal for emergencies or time-sensitive clinical concerns. Call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency department when urgent help is needed.
